Job Title: ServiceNow Certified HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) SME Job Type : C2C | Hybrid/Remote Job Summary We are looking for a ServiceNow HRSD SME with 5+ years of experience to design, configure, and implement HR Service Delivery solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HRSD modules such as Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events, and will help streamline HR operations and improve employee experience. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of ServiceNow HRSD. Gather requirements and translate them into scalable HRSD solutions. Automate HR processes and integrate with external systems (HRIS, payroll, ERP). Provide support, training, and enhancements for HRSD modules. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Requirements 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience with at least 2 full implementations. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD (mandatory). Strong knowledge of HR processes (onboarding, case management, knowledge). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Must be eligible to work in the US (visa acceptable).
