The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Operations Developer in support of the Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) contract with the Department of the Air Force. The EITaaS program supports our customer to provide a common set of required EIT services across 187 bases to implement a consistent, high-quality experience for users across all mission environments and enable USAF to transition focus from network operations to mission operations. CACI is leading the way in transforming IT services from an in-house, base-centric delivery model to an advanced enterprise service delivery model.

In this role you will coordinate with the Government and report to the CMDB Operations Manager. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data across the CMDB ECO-System.


Responsibilities:
• Develop, manage, and maintain CMDB processes and workflows in ServiceNow using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Catalog Client Scripts, Scheduled Jobs, and REST APIs.
• Create and execute reports, dashboards, and metrics related to CMDB health and usage using PA and/or CMDB Query Builder.
• Independently identify, troubleshoot (including precedence and IRE), and remediate CMDB-related issues.
• Conduct regular audits and data cleansing activities to ensure CMDB data quality.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the CMDB remains a reliable, up-to-date source of truth for the entire IT ecosystem.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and implement new CMDB features as appropriate.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on CMDB best practices for IT staff and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Required:
• 10+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience).
• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, CMDB, CSDM, CI Class Manager, CMDB Data Manager, CMDB Health Dashboards, Performance Analytics, CMDB Query Builder, and Service Mapping capabilities.


At least one of the following certifications: 

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - CMDB certification
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator 
- Certified ServiceNow Developer 


• Effective communicator at all levels, both written and verbal
• A strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL. 
• A proven track record in ITSM technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. 
• Experience analyzing data and data relationships across an organization’s business areas.
• Working knowledge of all elements of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Strong skills with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and SharePoint

Desired:

US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

Axonius, HAM, SAMPro, and Flexera Data Platform exposure

Experience working in the Department of Defense

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$75,200-$158,100
