Servicenow Developer

Title: ServiceNow Developer Experience: 4+ ***Only Immediate Joiners shall apply*** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on GRC and SecOps modules. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS), UI customization, and workflow configuration. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow GRC modules (Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, etc.) and SecOps modules (Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, etc.). Experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, and MID Servers. Familiarity with industry frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL, and GDPR. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyse complex requirements and design efficient solutions. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ServiceNow certifications (Certified Implementation Specialist in GRC or SecOps) are highly desirable. Responsibilities: 4+ years of experience in Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC and SecOps solutions to address the organization's governance, risk, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs. Configure ServiceNow GRC and SecOps modules to meet business needs, including workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards. Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems to ensure data accuracy and seamless information flow. Participate in the testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow solutions, identifying and resolving technical issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, risk, compliance, and IT operations, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and industry trends related to GRC and SecOps, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers or team members, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration.
