Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow GRC Developer with strong technical expertise in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), platform configuration, customization, and workflow development.

The consultant will be responsible for developing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting ServiceNow GRC solutions that help organizations manage risks, controls, compliance requirements, and governance processes.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on ServiceNow development experience and be comfortable collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow GRC/IRM applications and modules.
  

• Implement and enhance risk management, compliance management, and control management workflows.
  

• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and other ServiceNow platform components.
  

• Configure workflows and automate business processes using ServiceNow Flow Designer.
  

• Support risk assessments, compliance activities, and issue management processes.
  

• Customize ServiceNow forms, tables, UI Policies, and related platform functionalities.
  

• Integrate ServiceNow GRC with other enterprise applications using REST APIs and integration capabilities.
  

• Troubleshoot application issues and resolve configuration, scripting, and workflow defects.
  

• Collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, and business stakeholders to understand technical requirements.
  

• Participate in unit testing, integration testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  

• Implement enhancements and improvements to existing ServiceNow GRC solutions.
  

• Maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, integrations, and development activities.
  

• Follow ServiceNow development standards and recommended implementation practices.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of total IT experience, including 3+ years of relevant ServiceNow GRC development experience.
  

• Hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions.
  

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
  

• Experience with ServiceNow platform development, configuration, and customization.
  

• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
  

• Experience developing Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
  

• Knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer and workflow automation.
  

• Understanding of risk management, compliance management, control management, and issue management processes.
  

• Experience troubleshooting ServiceNow platform issues and implementing enhancements.
  

• Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs.
  

• Experience with testing, deployments, and post-implementation support.
  

• Strong analytical, debugging, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Policy and Compliance Management.
  

• Knowledge of Risk Management and Audit Management modules.
  

• Familiarity with ServiceNow Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
  

• Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub.
