In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by leveraging your expertise in the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module. You will partner with clients to gather requirements, configure the platform, and ensure that portfolio management processes are optimized to deliver strategic value. Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients to collect and analyze business requirements related to portfolio management. Configure and customize the ServiceNow SPM module to align with client objectives and best practices. Document functional requirements, process flows, and solution designs. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance client understanding and adoption of ServiceNow SPM. Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth integration and implementation of SPM solutions. Support testing activities, including user acceptance testing, and provide go-live support. Stay informed about the latest updates and trends within ServiceNow SPM to continuously improve client solutions.
