Working arrangement: Hybrid

As a Medior Technical Consultant, you help organisations build a reliable, accurate CMDB using ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping. You make sure IT infrastructure and services are correctly identified, mapped and maintained.

Your responsibilities

Implement and configure ServiceNow Discovery (MID Servers, schedules, credentials, patterns)

Configure Service Mapping (top-down, tag-based and pattern-based)

Troubleshoot discovery errors and improve CMDB data quality

Align CMDB design with the CSDM framework

Work with infrastructure, network and security teams on access and connectivity

Document configurations and transfer knowledge to client teams

Your profile

2 to 5 years of ServiceNow experience, including hands-on work with Discovery and Service Mapping

Good knowledge of CMDB, CSDM and IRE (Identification and Reconciliation Engine)

Understanding of IT infrastructure: servers, networks, cloud, protocols (SSH, WMI, SNMP)

Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript) is a plus

Fluent in Dutch and English

ServiceNow CSA required; CIS-Discovery and/or CIS-Service Mapping is a strong plus
