Show job description

Hello, our name is Customertimes, but you can call us CT. We are a global digital engineering, product development, and technology consulting company. Headquartered in New York, we have a team of 1000+ experts working across 65+ countries.

About this job:

We're launching the Salesforce Business Analyst/Consultant Trainee Program — a free learning program for people who want to start a career where business meets tech. The program introduces you to the business value of Salesforce, core CRM concepts, and the role of a Salesforce Business Analyst/Consultant in implementation projects.

Business Analysts/Consultants act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, turning ideas into technical solutions. In Salesforce projects, they help understand business needs, analyze processes, translate requirements into solutions, and implement and integrate systems on the Salesforce platform. They work closely with clients, developers, and QA analysts to make sure Salesforce solutions support business goals and improve key processes such as sales, customer service, and data management.

Participation is free of charge, and the program is unpaid: it's a learning opportunity, not employment.

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; mixed format (office and remote)

Program timeline:

  • November–December: registration and interviews;
  • December–February: lessons, practice, and the final project;
  • March: job interviews for the most successful and productive trainees, if there are open positions on our projects.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Attend 2 lectures per week (2–3 hours in total) led by Customertimes experts;
  • Complete mandatory homework (2–4 hours per week), due 1 week after it's assigned;
  • Explore Salesforce topics in more depth through self-study on the Trailhead platform;
  • Complete a final project, with 2 weeks to prepare it and 2 weeks to present it;
  • Attend local sessions and present your final project demo in the São Paulo office.

What you'll learn:

  • CRM foundations and BA skills: the business value of Salesforce CRM, the BA/Consultant's role on a project, requirements gathering, business process mapping, and solution design;
  • Salesforce overview: the Salesforce ecosystem and CRM capabilities, data fundamentals, business rules and automation in CRM, a deep dive into Salesforce Flows, debugging, deployment tools, and reports and dashboards;
  • Project delivery: project methodologies, the CRM implementation lifecycle, user adoption, and change management;
  • Tools for success: using AI in the role, an Agentforce overview, and setting up and using Claude for consulting work.

What makes you a great fit:

We're looking for people who combine business and tech. Business thinking is at the core of this role, so whichever path you come from, we want to see both sides:

  • A degree in business or economics, plus some tech background, such as IT or CRM-related courses or hands-on experience with digital tools, or a degree in computer science, plus a strong business-oriented mindset;
  • Full proficiency in English;
  • Ability to commit 4–7 hours per week to lectures and homework, plus time for the final project;
  • A personal laptop for studying.

You are a star if you have:

  • Portuguese, Spanish, French, or German language skills;
  • Completed Salesforce or other CRM-related courses.

What the program offers you:

  • Learn from Customertimes Salesforce experts — free of charge;
  • Build a solid foundation in business analysis, CRM, and Salesforce;
  • Gain practical experience and complete a final project you can add to your portfolio;
  • Get a chance to join the team: if there are open positions on our projects, we'll invite the most successful and productive trainees to a job interview.

If you're looking to grow your skills, shape the way you work, and be part of a connected international community — Customertimes is the place to build your next career chapter. Are you ready to spark the tech with us?
