What You'll Be Crafting Create 10 engaging short-form videos per week for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital advertising campaigns. Brainstorm creative concepts, hooks, and storytelling ideas to produce scroll-stopping content that captures attention and drives results. Edit high-performing videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and other tools by combining footage, motion graphics, captions, music, and effects. Collaborate with media buyers, designers, and the creative team to turn campaign objectives into compelling video ads, from storyboarding to final delivery. Stay up to date with social media trends, platform best practices, and AI-powered editing tools to continuously improve content performance. Your Superpowers 1–2 years of experience in short-form video editing or content creation, with a portfolio showcasing Facebook, Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts. A creative thinker who enjoys exploring new content ideas, hooks, and visual storytelling styles to create engaging, high-performing videos. Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut; knowledge of After Effects, motion graphics, or AI-powered video tools is an advantage. Strong understanding of social media trends, audience behaviour, and what makes content perform well on Meta and TikTok. Able to manage multiple projects, meet weekly video output targets, and work collaboratively while being open to feedback and continuous learning.
