Video Editor (Ads Campaign Creative)

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to bring marketing concepts to life through engaging visual content. You'll work closely with Media Buyers and Creative Teams to transform campaign ideas into high-performing video ads and social media content. If you're passionate about storytelling, editing, AI-powered content creation, and staying ahead of creative trends, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Be Crafting Edit and produce engaging video content for digital advertising campaigns and social media platforms. Produce 5–10 video deliverables weekly, including short-form performance ads and social media content. Transform creative briefs and scripts into compelling short-form and performance-driven videos. Assist with scriptwriting, hook development, and content adaptation for performance marketing campaigns. Create motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects to enhance content quality. Produce GIFs, animations, and other visual assets when required. Collaborate closely with Media Buyers and Creative Teams to optimize content performance. Organize and manage video assets, project files, and content libraries. Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Stay updated on social media trends, editing techniques, and creative best practices. Utilize AI tools and other emerging creative technologies to enhance production efficiency. Support ad-hoc creative projects and content initiatives as assigned. Your Superpowers Up to 2 years of experience in Video Editing, Content Creation, Multimedia, E-commerce Marketing, or related fields. Candidates from e-commerce backgrounds are preferred, though applicants from other industries are welcome. A strong portfolio showcasing short-form video content is required. Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. Strong understanding of short-form content trends across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Xiaohongshu (XHS). Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows. Basic scriptwriting and storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling hooks and ad narratives. Actively consumes online content and demonstrates strong awareness of viral trends, creator content, and digital culture. Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin. Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to experiment with new content formats.
