Site Acquisition Manager - Luminus Izivia EVCS

At Luminus Izivia EVCS, we're expanding one of Belgium's fastest-growing public fast-charging networks for electric vehicles. As a joint venture between Luminus and IZIVIA (part of the EDF Group), we're helping accelerate the energy transition by making EV charging more accessible, reliable and convenient. As a Site Acquisition Manager, you'll combine commercial drive, relationship building and market insight to help grow Belgium's charging infrastructure and shape the future of sustainable mobility. What you'll do You identify and secure strategic locations across Belgium for the development of public fast-charging stations. Through phone calls, emails, networking and face-to-face meetings, you proactively approach landowners, retailers, hotel operators, restaurant chains and other potential partners to create new business opportunities. Working with customer data and market insights, you identify commercial opportunities, prioritize prospects and build a structured pipeline of potential locations. Together with internal technical teams, you evaluate whether locations are commercially, technically and economically viable. You negotiate lease, concession and partnership agreements and guide projects through the full contracting process until signature. Collaborating with Legal, Engineering and Project Development teams, you ensure a smooth transition from acquisition to project implementation. What you bring A Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in a commercial, economic, real estate or related field. Several years of experience in B2B sales, business development, commercial acquisition or another customer-facing environment where you successfully developed new business opportunities. Experience selling technical products, infrastructure solutions, energy-related services or comparable offerings enables you to quickly understand customer needs and translate them into value-driven solutions. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills help you manage commercially important discussions and agreements with external stakeholders. Your entrepreneurial mindset allows you to work independently, take ownership and contribute ideas on how to improve commercial performance. Experience working with data, customer databases, AI tools or modern prospecting techniques is a strong asset. Good command of Dutch, French and English enables you to operate effectively throughout Belgium and build credibility with a wide range of partners. What you'll get in return?
