We're looking for an experienced, highly organised Social Media Account Manager & Content Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on position for someone who understands social media, communicates confidently with clients, and can coordinate multiple projects from content production through to publishing.

Key Responsibilities

Client Account Management

• Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing regular updates and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Manage multiple client social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Understand client requirements, track deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Coordinate client feedback, revisions, approvals and content delivery.

Content Management & Publishing

• Manage content calendars, scheduling and publishing across multiple social media platforms.
• Write, review and optimise captions, descriptions and other social media copy.
• Ensure content is correctly formatted, approved and published according to each client's strategy.
• Monitor publishing schedules, identify missing content and proactively resolve issues.

Production & Team Coordination

• Work closely with the Head of Content, post-production team, video editors, social media specialists and paid advertising team.
• Coordinate the post-production workflow, ensuring editors receive clear briefs, feedback and deadlines.
• Track content from initial production through editing, client approval and final publication.
• Ensure all content is delivered to clients or published directly to their accounts as required.
• Support senior team members with project coordination, task management and operational follow-ups.

AI Tools & Workflow Optimisation

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of AI-powered productivity tools, including ChatGPT, OpenAI Codex, Claude and Claude Code.
• Understand how AI and automation can streamline content workflows, reporting, task coordination and repetitive administrative processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation while maintaining appropriate human oversight.
• Be comfortable adopting new technologies and implementing more efficient working methods.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media account management, content operations or digital marketing agency environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with clients.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, publishing tools, scheduling and content management.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and coordinating creative teams.
• Strong understanding of video content workflows, including editing, revisions, approvals and delivery.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Codex, Claude or similar platforms, with an understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities and proactively solve problems.
• Must be based in Ireland and available to work remotely during agreed Irish business hours.

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience working in a creative agency, video production company or social media marketing agency.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Studio and social media scheduling tools.
• Experience using project management and collaboration platforms.
• Familiarity with video review platforms such as Dropbox Replay.
• Understanding of paid social media advertising workflows, particularly Meta Ads.
• Experience using AI-assisted automation to improve operational efficiency.
