Main Responsibilities The Vehicle Operations Support Coordinator – Ireland will support the day-to-day coordination of vehicle operations, retailer support activities and operational processes across the Geely Auto Ireland business. Working closely with the Operations & Logistics Manager, retailer partners and external suppliers, the role will help ensure effective operational coordination, vehicle availability, retailer communication and timely customer delivery across the Irish market. This is a highly operational and detail-oriented role supporting vehicle operations, logistics administration, retailer coordination, reporting and wider business operational activities within a fast-paced market launch environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting operational efficiency, retailer readiness and customer delivery performance as the Geely Ireland business grows. Key Requirements Supporting vehicle logistics and operational coordination within a fast-paced and evolving launch environment. Managing multiple logistics activities, retailer requests and operational priorities simultaneously. Maintaining accurate operational visibility and reporting across multiple systems and stakeholders. Supporting operational readiness during highly seasonal Irish market registration peaks. Responding effectively to supply chain delays, operational issues and changing business priorities. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent beneficial but not essential. Previous experience within logistics, operations, automotive distribution or supply chain environments advantageous. Experience working with logistics providers, operational suppliers or retailer networks beneficial. Strong organisational and administrative capability. Experience handling operational reporting, documentation or coordination activities advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Full driving licence preferred.
