About Brand Operator

Brand Operator builds personal brands for sales leaders and deploys custom systems that help them scale. We script, edit, and publish short-form content that turns sales leaders into the face of their market, then build the backend (funnels, calendars, lead tracking, DM automation) that handles the volume. Our clients have used this to recruit entire teams and grow to millions in monthly production. We're a fully remote team, headquartered in Miami.

The role

You'll coach our clients, sales leaders building a personal brand, on what to post, how to show up on camera, and how to turn attention into recruits and leads. You'll run coaching calls, review their content, and keep them consistent. Group calls and 1:1s with our client roster.

What we're looking for

• Proven results growing a personal brand on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube (yours or clients')
• Deep understanding of short-form hooks, scripting, and what makes content convert
• Experience coaching or managing clients
• Native-level English and strong presence on camera and on calls
• Available for calls during US hours
