About the role We’re looking for an in-house Social Media Designer focused primarily on LinkedIn, X and YouTube . This is not a content strategy or copywriting role. Your focus will be purely on designing high-quality visual assets that grab attention and building a scalable design system that our team can use across social channels. The competition in our industry is high and something you should definitely consider. What you'll do Design visual assets primarily for LinkedIn, X and YouTube Create LinkedIn carousels, infographics, charts, diagrams and branded graphics Design YouTube thumbnails and supporting channel visuals Review data and come up with insights on what works Turn briefs, ideas, data and existing content into polished visual assets Build and maintain a consistent social media design system Create reusable templates and components for recurring creative needs Support internal team members with design requests Ensure all social assets follow a strong and recognisable visual identity Continuously improve the quality and consistency of our social presence Who you are ❤️🔥 2+ years of professional experience in Digital Design, Graphic Design, or a similar role Strong experience designing content specifically for social media Comfortable working independently and managing multiple design requests. within a day Strong experience creating infographics and visualizing information Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy and visual storytelling Experience creating design systems and reusable templates Strong Figma skills Ability to work quickly from a clear brief Strong attention to detail and consistency Experience working with B2B, Tech, SaaS, or Marketing Agency clients is an advantage Excellent English communication skills We hope that you’re excited by all the possibilities that come with working at SalesCaptain!
