Noviq IT Solution is a digital and social media marketing agency focused on helping niche businesses build a strong online presence and attract more customers. We work with businesses such as dental practices, clinics, spas, and other specialised service-based businesses.

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our clients' Facebook and Instagram marketing activities and use data-driven strategies to improve their reach, engagement, and campaign performance.

The Role

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimising social media campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

You will work closely with our dedicated graphic design and video editing team, who will provide the required creative content. Your role will focus primarily on marketing strategy, campaign management, content review, publishing, analytics, and performance optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Facebook and Instagram accounts for multiple business clients.
• Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns based on each client's business goals.
• Set up, monitor, and optimise paid and organic social media campaigns.
• Develop appropriate targeting and audience strategies for different business niches.
• Monitor Facebook and Instagram analytics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Track key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, impressions, clicks, leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
• Analyse campaign data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Stay up to date with changes to Meta platforms, algorithms, advertising features, and social media trends.
• Review content supplied by the graphic and video team before publishing to ensure it meets campaign objectives and brand requirements.
• Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.
• Maintain consistent posting schedules across client accounts.
• Test different audiences, campaigns, content formats, and approaches to improve performance.
• Prepare regular performance reports with clear statistics and insights for the manager.
• Communicate campaign progress, challenges, and recommendations to the management team.
• Ensure campaigns remain aligned with each client's target audience and business objectives.

What We're Looking For

• 2 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong practical knowledge of Facebook and Instagram marketing.
• Good understanding of Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Understanding of how social media algorithms and audience behaviour affect content performance.
• Experience managing paid social media campaigns is highly preferred.
• Ability to analyse campaign data and turn insights into actionable improvements.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing and publishing content.
• Good understanding of audience targeting and customer acquisition through social media.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
• Good written communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Important NoteYou do not need to be a graphic designer or video editor for this role.

We are looking for someone who doesn't simply post content, but understands why a campaign is performing the way it is and what can be done to improve the results.
