Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media & SEO Manager to oversee our social media presence, drive audience engagement, and improve organic website traffic through effective SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement social media strategies across relevant platforms.

* Create, schedule, and manage engaging content, including posts, graphics, and campaigns.

* Monitor social media performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics.

* Manage community engagement and respond to comments, messages, and reviews.

* Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

* Optimise website content, metadata, and landing pages to improve search engine rankings.

* Monitor website analytics, SEO performance, and recommend improvements.

* Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and SEO best practices.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in social media management and SEO.

* Strong understanding of major social media platforms and digital marketing principles.

* Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.

* Excellent written communication and content creation skills.

* Strong analytical and reporting abilities.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

* Experience with website content management systems (e.g. WordPress) and basic website administration.
