This role will focus on developing and executing a social media strategy that tells the brand's story, builds brand identity, and drives organic growth across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a knack for creating compelling content that resonates with sports enthusiasts.

This position is ideal for someone looking to contribute to a growing brand and help shape its online narrative. While not focused on paid advertising, the role is crucial for building a strong, consistent brand voice and community engagement.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Develop and implement a social media strategy focused on organic growth and brand storytelling.

• Create engaging content that aligns with the brand's identity and product offerings.

• Manage and grow social media platforms, ensuring a consistent brand presence across channels.

• Utilize Meta Suite for social media management.

• Collaborate with the team to translate product offerings into compelling social media narratives.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

• Experience in content creation and brand storytelling.

• Familiarity with Meta Suite.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

• Understanding of social media trends and best practices for organic growth.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with sports brands or in the sports industry.

• Familiarity with the sports or soccer lingo.

• Basic understanding of Spanish is a plus.

Schedule:

Approximately 12-16 hours per week.
