Develop a content strategy that includes posts, articles, and multimedia that engage our target audience.
Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to optimize content and increase followers.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and share company news, events, and achievements.
Engage with followers and respond to comments to build relationships and community.
Stay updated on LinkedIn trends and best practices to keep our content relevant and impactful.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management, particularly on LinkedIn.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Familiarity with content creation tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
