The Role (TL;DR)

We're on the hunt for a creative and internet-savvy Social Media Manager to become the voice of DeepReel! If you live and breathe social media, know how to make content pop, and can turn followers into fans, this is for you. You'll be responsible for growing our online presence, engaging our community, and basically making DeepReel the coolest AI kid on the block. This role is perfect for a recent grad or someone with 1 year of experience who's ready to make a massive impact.

What You'll Actually Do (The Fun Stuff!):

• Craft Epic Content: Dream up and create thumb-stopping posts, stories, Reels, TikToks, and maybe even a viral meme or two across all our platforms.

• Be Our Online BFF: Engage with our community, respond to comments and DMs with wit and charm, and build a tribe of DeepReel enthusiasts.

• Trend Spotting Guru: Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest social media trends, viral challenges, and AI buzz – then figure out how DeepReel can join the party.

• Grow Our Empire: Develop and execute strategies to boost our followers, engagement, and brand awareness.

• Analyze & Optimize: Track what's working (and what's not!), dive into analytics, and use data to make our social game even stronger.

• Collaborate Like a Pro: Work with our marketing and product teams to shout about new features, success stories, and all things DeepReel.

We're Looking For (Must Haves):

• Social Media Native: 0-1 year of hands-on experience managing social media accounts (internships, personal projects, or that side hustle count!).

• Your Own Social Kingdom: A personal social media account (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts, etc.) with a significant and engaged following. You don't just talk the talk; you walk the walk! (Be ready to share your handles!)

• Content Creation Chops: Proven ability to create engaging and visually appealing content (graphics, short videos, killer copy).

• Platform Pro: Deep understanding of major social media platforms: Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

• Communication Wizard: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills – you're the voice of DeepReel, after all!

• AI Enthusiast: Genuine excitement about generative AI, video technology, and the future we're building.

• Hustle & Heart: A proactive, can-do attitude, ready to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

Bonus Points For (Impress Us!):

• Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush).

• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.

• A knack for graphic design (Canva wizards welcome!).

• You’ve successfully grown a brand or community account before.
