Content creation and publishing

• Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, messaging and quality standard across all channels.
• Optimise profiles, posts, captions, hashtags, keywords, links, thumbnails and calls to action to improve discoverability, reach, engagement and conversions.
Community and reputation
• Monitor and respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, mentions, reviews and enquiries across all platforms.
• Build and nurture online communities through proactive engagement, social listening, audience interaction and relevant conversations.
• Monitor brand sentiment, emerging issues and reputational risks, and escalate sensitive comments, complaints or potential crises promptly.
Growth and partnerships
• Collaborate with Baritex, content creators, designers, partners and relevant industry figures to produce consistent content and expand outreach.
• Source and manage user-generated content, creator partnerships and influencer opportunities, including permissions and content usage rights where appropriate.

Paid social (when required)
• Manage and optimise paid social campaigns when required, including audience targeting, budget pacing, creative testing and performance monitoring.
Analytics and reporting
• Track agreed KPIs, analyse platform, campaign, audience, traffic and conversion data, and provide regular reports with actionable recommendations.
• Run ongoing tests of content formats, posting times, messaging and creative approaches, and apply the findings to improve performance.
Compliance, records and account security
• Keep organised records of content assets, approvals, publishing activity, campaign results, partnership communications and access details, in line with agreed procedures.
• Make sure content complies with platform policies, advertising and disclosure requirements, copyright and licensing rules, privacy expectations and accessibility best practice.
• Protect account security by following approved access, password, permissions and incident-reporting procedures.
