What you'll do (Must-Have skills): Create and publish 35 posts per week Actively engage with followers; respond to comments and DMs within 24 hours Submit monthly reports on reach, engagement, and audience growth Use design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator Edit videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut 2+ years of experience in social media management, design, and editing Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter Responsibilities: Plan content strategies aligned with client goals Design graphics and visual templates Edit short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, Shorts Monitor trends and adjust strategies accordingly Provide performance reports and adjust based on insights (Preferred) Manage paid ad campaigns and analyze ROI
