We’re looking for a Software Developer to join our internal development team, helping to build, maintain and modernise applications supporting mydentist’s business operations. Working independently and collaboratively in an agile team, you’ll deliver solutions across People Operations, Finance, Payroll and other internal processes. You’ll help improve our existing technology and shape new applications, integrations and development practices.

• The role is permanent and full time

Your future, your role

As a Software Developer, you’ll be:

• Develop, maintain and enhance business applications using C# and .NET.
• Contribute to backend and frontend development, APIs, databases and integrations.
• Help upgrade legacy applications and reduce technical debt.
• Contribute to new solutions using maintainable, reusable components and modern approaches.
• Write clear, tested and documented code; support reviews, troubleshooting and releases.
• Participate in agile planning, estimation and continuous improvement.Work with Product Owners, stakeholders and technical colleagues to understand needs
• Take ownership, share knowledge and explore automation and AI-assisted development responsibly.

Skills and Experience

• Practical experience with C# and .NET application development.
• Working knowledge of SQL databases, APIs and system integrations.
• Ability to work across backend and frontend development, with familiarity with HTML, CSS or JavaScript.
• Understanding of Git, debugging, testing and maintainable code.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, CI/CD, modern frontend frameworks, application modernisation or AI-assisted development tools
