About the Product
The company is developing an AI-powered B2B SaaS platform designed to support the modernization of legacy systems for major financial institutions and enterprise customers.
As adoption of the product continues to expand, the company is strengthening its QA organization to ensure stable and consistent product quality.
You will be responsible not only for day-to-day QA activities, but also for test automation and continuous improvement of the overall QA process.
Requirements
- Professional experience in QA or software testing for web applications
- Experience in test planning, test design, and test execution
- Hands-on experience implementing automated E2E and/or API testing
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to improve product quality
- Business-level Japanese or above
- English communication skills sufficient to work with the development team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with E2E test automation using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar tools
- Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
- QA experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software products
- Experience building or improving test environments and test data
- Experience testing products utilizing AI or Large Language Models (LLMs)
