Software Engineer

Your role

• End-to-end features: You implement features across frontend and backend.
• Integrations & applications: You develop integrations and applications using our existing SDKs.
• From requirements to solutions: You translate product requirements into technical solutions.
• Quality: You contribute to system design, testing, code quality and maintainability.
• Code review: You review code, including AI-generated implementations, and improve existing systems.
• Collaboration: You work directly with the technical founders and other developers.

What you bring

What matters most to us is demonstrated autonomy, judgment and technical capability – not titles. This position is aimed at experienced individual contributors, mid-level or senior, not at entry-level candidates.

• Professional experience: Professional software engineering, delivering and maintaining real applications.
• TypeScript / JavaScript: Strong experience, ideally with modern frontend frameworks.
• Python & backend: Practical Python/backend development experience – you are willing and able to work in both languages.
• Technical foundation: API design, integrations, databases, software design, testing, debugging and maintainable code.
• Ownership: You work independently, solve technical problems and own a feature from requirements through production readiness.
• Small team: You are comfortable in a small team with evolving requirements. Experience in startups or small engineering teams is beneficial.
• AI-native development: You work effectively with AI coding agents while independently evaluating correctness and quality.
