Software Engineer – Frontend

Experience: 6+ years

Location: Sydney, Australia - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable and responsive web applications using Next.js and React.
• Build reusable UI components and maintain clean, efficient code.
• Integrate REST APIs and collaborate with backend teams.
• Optimise application performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Experience with REST API integration and Git.
• Understanding of SSR, SSG, and performance optimisation.
• Familiarity with Redux, Zustand, or React Query is an advantage.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines is desirable.
