Job Description This is a remote position. Software Engineering Intern, No Code Development ALTERNATE TITLES Low Code Developer, No Code Engineer DEPARTMENT Technology COMPANY Sanghi Tech REPORT TO Business Operations Manager The No-Code developer will be responsible for developing applications using a no-code development platform, setting up and configuring systems for both internal and external stakeholders. Prerequisites we’d like you to have: You are naturally drawn to understanding technology and are convinced that no-code is the future of coding. You are intuitive about how an idea can be turned into an actual working application using a drag and drop visual environment. You can diagnose application issues and decide what can be done with no-code instead of traditional coding (80/20 rule). AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES Research: Keep an eye on the best no-code / low code tools to implement for developing new functionalities. Analyze internal business processes with the scope of optimizing and automating them. Design the tech architecture: Analyze implementation capabilities and limitations, performance requirements and interfaces for the end-user solution. Carry out solution testing: Carry out root-cause analysis to develop logical conclusions and suggest alternative configurations. Provide Solution: Develop and deploy new applications with no-code tools (No-code tools: Coda, ClickUp, Notion, WebFlow, Airtable, etc., etc). Overall ownership of solution implementation: Structure the back-end of our application. Ensure timely and efficient communication and solutions are delivered to the plan. Requirements EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE Leading and planning technical software implementation processes. Working with CXO/clients to capture and define requirements. Leading implementation activities. Solid knowledge of no-code tools and how to use them. Previous experience in building no-code applications. UX/UI design skills. Knowledge of APIs and experience in software integration. Agile working practice, structured project management, and communication. Familiarity with pre-built templates, drag-and-drop visual interface, entity builder. Basic SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and general Web 2.0 techniques experience. SOFTWARE & APPLICATIONS Coda, ClickUp, Notion, WebFlow, Airtable etc. QUALITIES & CAPABILITIES Productivity and performance focus. Problem-solving skills and solution-oriented attitude.
