Troy Legal is looking for a motivated solicitor with 3–5 years post-qualification experience to join our specialist construction law practice in Brisbane.

Working across both front-end and back-end construction matters, the role offers exposure to a broad range of construction law work, including disputes, litigation, adjudication and contractual advice.

About the opportunity

• Four-day working week with flexible working-from-home arrangements
• Work across a variety of construction law matters in Queensland and NSW
• Draft legal advice, correspondence and court documentation
• Assist with litigation, dispute resolution and adjudication proceedings
• Work directly with the Director and Principal of a specialist construction law practice

Who we're looking for

A self-motivated solicitor with 3–5 years PQE who enjoys a fast-paced working environment, demonstrates initiative and is comfortable managing competing priorities.

Previous litigation experience is preferred but not essential.
