The Impact of Solution Architect to Coupa: This is an outstanding opportunity to join a high-growth organization in a key role where you can impact and fuel your career development. Our Professional Services Teams work closely with Coupa Customers, Partners and internal Product Management to implement the most valuable solutions for our customers. As experts in Purchase to Pay processes, your main goal is to support the design, implementation and deployment of our products, to deliver best practice solutions and to ensure customer success, all while driving efficiencies and improvements. You will work across several Coupa modules, including Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses and Analytics. What You’ll Do: Lead functional design sessions and advise on best practices throughout implementation, acting as a subject matter expert across Coupa modules. Support and guide external partners and customers through design workshops, ensuring optimal solution alignment with business needs. Drive customer success by delivering best practice configurations and supporting end-to-end deployment. Collaborate with Product Management during design reviews to inform product evolution and strategy. Travel up to 50% to manage customer relationships and support successful implementation delivery. What you will bring to Coupa: Fluent Japanese with strong business-level English communication skills. Hands-on procurement or supply chain experience—either in-house or via consultancy—covering Purchase to Pay; additional experience in Sourcing, Contract or Category Management is a plus. Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for complex scenario analysis and decision-making. Strong client-facing skills with a track record of guiding customers through successful software implementations.
