YOUR MISSION Lead customers into an AI-first, security-first cloud journey by architecting, pitching, proving, and delivering Microsoft solutions across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Security, Microsoft Purview (Compliance), and Microsoft Azure. You will be the trusted Microsoft advisor who turns business goals into secure, scalable architectures—enabling Copilot and AI innovations while ensuring governance, privacy, compliance, and resilient security operations. This is a high-impact role for an all-round Microsoft expert who can bridge strategy to execution: from discovery and roadmap design, to proof-of-concept, migration, implementation, and operational handover. You will help customers accelerate productivity and innovation with AI, while protecting identities, data, applications, and infrastructure end-to-end. PRODUCT FOCUS Microsoft Cloud: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Defender Suite, Microsoft Purview, AI Services (Copilot and others) SOLUTION FOCUS AI-Ready Modern Work • Zero Trust Security • Data Governance & Compliance • Security Operations (SecOps) & Automation Data/AI Platform & Application Modernization • Cloud Infrastructure & Hybrid WHAT YOU WILL DO 1) AI & Security Cloud Strategy (Customer Journey) Co-create the customer cloud journey and AI adoption roadmap (Copilot readiness, AI use cases, data readiness) Apply Cloud Adoption Framework and security-by-design patterns to build repeatable transformation playbooks Define target architectures, landing zones, and governance models that are AI-ready and compliant 2) Architect, Prove, and Deliver (End-to-End Execution) Architect and deliver Microsoft 365 / Azure / Security / Purview solutions aligned to business processes and risk posture Run assessments, hypothesis-driven analysis, and hands-on PoC pilots (Copilot/GenAI, security controls, data classification) Plan and execute migration and implementation with change management and adoption enablement Establish operational readiness: monitoring, incident response, tuning, and continuous improvement 3) Security-by-Design & AI Governance Design Zero Trust security architecture across identity, device, data, app, and infrastructure Implement data protection and compliance: sensitivity labeling, DLP, eDiscovery, retention, insider risk (as applicable) Build AI governance foundations: data access controls, prompt/data protection, secure-by-default configurations, and guardrails for responsible AI usage within the customer environment 4) Pre-sales Excellence & Go-to-Market Leadership Lead customer workshops, architecture presentations, and executive storytelling with quantified outcomes Produce high-quality deliverables: solution designs, HLD/LLD, SoW, runbooks, and adoption plans Act as a product/solution owner collaborating with Microsoft and ecosystem partners for GTM success 5) Project Leadership & Team Enablement Lead implementation programs: plan resources, schedule, milestones, and risks; track status and resolve issues Coach and mentor sales and engineering teams on AI and security solutioning, positioning, and delivery best practices Contribute to reusable assets: templates, reference architectures, demo kits, and internal playbooks SUCCESS INDICATORS (OPTIONAL) Customer AI adoption readiness achieved (identity/data readiness, governance, security posture) Successful delivery on time/budget with measurable improvements in security posture and productivity Reduced risk and improved compliance outcomes through Purview and Zero Trust controls Reusable playbooks and enablement outcomes across the team Perks and Benefits Flexible working time, flexible working location including work from anywhere option Traveling cost support Mobile phone support Certificate, re-skill, up-skill program support Generous holiday break Birthday Gift Medical coverage and life insurance Access to tools and knowledge of Microsoft technology and Microsoft communities Opportunities to work with leading Thai and international company Due to the volume of applications, we regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
