Job Description Solution Architect - Process Automation (M/F/D) Solution Architect - Process Automation (M/F/D) Apply now Apply now Bozen Full-time Professional Process Automation Development 100% remote To strengthen our Process Automation Development Team, we are looking for a Solution Architect with solid experience in software development and in designing scalable automation solutions. The selected candidate will join an international IT team and contribute to defining and implementing innovative solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath, supporting the processes of the Würth Group. Responsibilities Define automation roadmaps and analyze existing processes to identify optimization potential Design end-to-end solutions for business process automation Provide technical leadership in selecting platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) and defining best practices and development standards Design and implement solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse) and UiPath Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture Oversee solution quality through testing, documentation, and continuous improvement Provide technical advisory to stakeholders and promote automation best practices Monitor technological trends in RPA, DPA, low-code, and AI-driven automation Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education At least 5 years of experience in IT/software development, with 2–3 years in automation or solution architecture roles Hands-on experience with UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform Strong knowledge of automation architectures, integration techniques, and data modeling Familiarity with languages such as .NET, C#, JavaScript, or similar Experience in Agile/DevOps environments Excellent command of English Knowledge of Italian Strong analytical mindset and innovation-driven approach Nice to Have: Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-600, PL-400, PL-500) and/or UiPath certifications Certifications in Azure or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, CPRE) Knowledge of German Experience in complex, international enterprise environments We Offer An autonomous, varied, and stimulating role in an international environment within the Würth Group A collaborative team characterized by trust, accountability, and a positive mindset Direct involvement in defining innovative solutions and agile methodologies Participation in strategic projects with global impact Concrete opportunities for professional growth through continuous training and certifications Flexible working conditions, including the possibility of remote work Competitive compensation package, including a variable component Company performance bonus convertible into a wide range of welfare goods and services Accident insurance and supplementary health insurance A young and dynamic work environment that regularly promotes employee events such as sports activities, informal dinners, cultural visits, and more Würth IT Italy S.r.l.
