Join Veho as a Solution Manager, Collaboration Services and play a key role in driving the evolution of our collaboration and communication ecosystem.

Your role

As the owner of collaboration and communication services, you will be responsible for developing, governing, and continuously improving Veho’s digital workplace solutions, including:

• Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange/Outlook, OneDrive, Viva Engage)
• Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered workplace solutions
• E-mail & Instant messaging solutions
• Communication, telephony, and contact center services
• Service lifecycle management, licensing, vendor management, and cost optimization
• User adoption, change management, communications, and service improvements

You will be in close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.

What we are looking for

To succeed in this role, you bring:

• Solid experience in owning, managing, or developing IT services
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies and modern workplace solutions
• Understanding of Microsoft Copilot, generative AI, and emerging digital workplace trends
• Experience in vendor and stakeholder management
• Extensive experience with telephony solutions and services
• Familiarity with IT service management practices (ITIL or similar)

You are also strong skilled in communication and collaboration. And of course, for international purpose You are fluent in English. Proficiency in the local language of your primary work location is a clear advantage for success in this role.

Location

You have the possibility to choose a place to work. The position can be based at Veho offices in Vantaa, Finland (Veho Group Headquarters), Tallinn, Estonia or Stockholm, Sweden

The role follows a hybrid working model with regular office presence.
