Who We Are
Bidgely (which means "electricity" in Hindi) is a Vertical AI company built for the utility industry, delivering appliance-level intelligence for every customer, grid asset, and hour of the year through our UtilityAI™ Platform. We're accelerating a clean energy future by giving utilities and their customers the ability to make smarter, data-driven energy decisions.
Bidgely's platform is connected to 50M+ meters across over 50 utility deployments and is backed by over 20 patents. Our approach combines patented disaggregation science, generative AI for natural-language insight, and agentic AI for autonomous operations — giving utilities a level of individual-customer intelligence and grid insights that horizontal AI and legacy analytics platforms can't match.
Bidgely has been named #7 in Applied AI on Fast Company's list of Most Innovative Companies in the World and recognized as a Utility Analytics Leader by Guidehouse.
What We Do
Powered by our unique patented technology, Bidgely's UtilityAI™ Platform transforms multiple dimensions of utility data — such as energy consumption, demographics, and customer interactions — into deeply accurate and actionable consumer energy insights. We leverage these insights to empower each customer with personalized recommendations tailored to their individual personality and lifestyle, usage attributes, behavioral patterns, purchase propensity and beyond.
The same technology that powers Bidgely's customer suite also enables a set of powerful grid applications. From a distributed energy resources (DER) and grid edge perspective, Bidgely is accelerating utility innovation with data-driven solutions for solar PVs, electric vehicle (EV) detection, EV behavioral load shifting and managed charging, load forecasting, grid analytics, and rate designs. Bidgely's UtilityAI™ energy analytics platform provides deep visibility into generation and consumption for better peak load shaping and grid planning and delivers targeted recommendations for new value-added products and services.

As a technical leader and subject matter expert, the Solution Architect partners closely with Technical Program Managers, Senior Technical Program Managers, the global Delivery team, and Product Development to ensure every implementation is technically sound, on-time, and built to last — while also acting as a cross-functional bridge between Product Management and the delivery organization on new product readiness and risk. This role reports into the Manager of Solution Architecture and is part of Bidgely's Customer Onboarding team.
Core responsibilities span the following areas:
Solution Design & Architecture

Serve as a cross-functional subject matter expert, applying Bidgely product expertise and gap analysis to understand utility customer requirements, map them to product features, and finalize necessary customizations
Support Technical Program Managers and Delivery Managers with deep technical guidance across the project lifecycle, from requirement analysis through launch
Manage select customer engagements directly, using the Customer Onboarding team's standard processes and tools
Technical Delivery Oversight
Define and own the technical gate process that Technical Program Managers follow on each project, ensuring every implementation is technically sound to achieve on-time, quality launches without added cost
Review new product performance, test cases, project plans, and risk mitigation from contract signing through launch, ensuring new products are implemented at the same fidelity as legacy products
Own and coordinate the communication funnel between Product Management and implementation project teams regarding issues and risks that could impact new product launches
Practice Leadership
Build and maintain a structure for continuous improvement of technical implementations and product solutions that responds promptly to internal and external stakeholder feedback
Hold regular feedback and collaboration sessions with other Solution Architects to improve implementation quality, close solution-mapping gaps, and inform Technical Program Manager training
Train and mentor Technical Program Managers and other Customer Onboarding team members on technical methodology and product capabilities
