Role Description This is a remote contract role for a Sourcing Agent Specialized in TPU and Leather Bags. The role involves identifying and evaluating suppliers for TPU and leather bag materials and finished products, especially within key manufacturing regions. The Sourcing Agent will manage end-to-end procurement activities, including RFQs, price analysis, and vendor selection, while ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and on-time delivery. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating contracts and purchasing terms, maintaining supplier relationships, monitoring production timelines, and coordinating with design, operations, and logistics teams. The role also includes reviewing samples, ensuring compliance with Roshopp’s quality and sustainability standards, tracking market trends in TPU and leather, and providing regular sourcing reports and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong sourcing experience with a focus on TPU and leather bags, including Sourcing and Procurement skills.
• Demonstrated ability in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management for supplier and vendor agreements.
• Background in Purchasing processes, including cost analysis, order management, and vendor performance tracking.
• Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and quality standards related to TPU, leather, and fashion accessories.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills with international suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with sourcing in major manufacturing regions (e.g., Asia, Europe) and familiarity with import/export and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for procurement, data analysis, and documentation; strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant education or training in supply chain, procurement, business, or a related field is preferred.
