Join our international Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team, working alongside recruiters and sourcers to support our client. The role is primarily focused on sourcing candidates from the engineering and manufacturing space.

Our Sourcer is responsible for: 

• Source additional candidates through LinkedIn and other job boards when inbound volume is low, applying site-specific calibration guidance from hiring managers and recruiting partners.

• Apply screening criteria consistently across sites: real people leadership experience (not title only)

• Craft Boolean searches to source top talent in difficult to fill roles

• Flag and filter applicant pool issues proactively, including legacy applicants, to keep pipelines clean and actionable.

• Track pipeline health, pass-through rates, and sourcing metrics to support weekly

• reporting and ensure timely delivery against hiring targets.

• Coordinate closely with recruiters and DoorDash recruiting partners via Slack to align on priorities, share market feedback, and escalate pipeline risks quickly

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

• Communicate well in both German and English

• Additional language skills in polish would desirable

• Experience in Recruitment or Sourcing with ability to craft Boolean strings

• Experience sourcing candidates for engineering and corporate function roles.

• Possess sourcing skills, including the ability to identify and engage passive candidates through different channels.

• Ability to source candidates for niche and hard to fill roles.

• Communication skills and a confident approach to working with people

• Able to use your initiative, be adaptable to change and able to get things done.

• Ability to work independently and accurately

This position comes with a 12-month fixed-term contract
