About Dial Expert
Dial Expert operates US sales campaigns across structured, compliance-driven programs. We are looking for motivated sales professionals to join our Financial Reconstruction campaign as US Financial Advisors.
About the Role
As a US Financial Advisor, you will handle inbound calls from interested leads, guide customers through the sales process, present suitable solutions, overcome objections, and close deals. You will be responsible for managing the customer journey from the initial conversation through contract signing while maintaining campaign quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from leads generated through multiple sources.
- Build rapport with customers and identify their needs.
- Present financial reconstruction solutions and explain the next steps.
- Handle customer objections confidently and professionally.
- Close deals and guide customers through contract signing.
- Follow campaign procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills.
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Sales, telesales, or closing experience is preferred.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours.
Working Schedule
- Working days: Monday to Friday.
- Shift duration: 9 hours, including a 1-hour break.
- Available shift start times: 4:00 PM, 7:00 PM, or 8:00 PM Cairo time, subject to availability and confirmation.
Work Arrangement
- Candidates based in Cairo: Hybrid, with at least two days per week at our One Kattameya office.
- Candidates based outside Cairo: Fully remote, working from home.
Compensation and Benefits
- Guaranteed monthly base salary plus uncapped commission.
