H Company is an AI research and product company building autonomous agents for the enterprise. We combine proprietary models (Holo), computer-use agents, an orchestration platform and hands-on engineering into a single system designed for production use. Our agents operate any software the way a person does, with no API and no rebuilt stack. They rank #1 on OSWorld-Verified, the leading computer-use benchmark. We were born in Paris, with offices in London, New York and San Francisco. Our team of 100+ researchers and engineers work with enterprises on three continents.
Mission
Put H’s leaders and researchers on the right stages, and build the event and trade partnerships that give H a voice with the audiences that matter: enterprise buyers, investors, policymakers and the AI community. You will own our speaking programme end to end, from first invitation to post-event follow-up.
Responsibilities
Run H’s speaking programme:, starting with managing every inbound invitation and distributing them across leaders
Proactively pitch H speakers to the right conferences, and keep a clear calendar for our CEO, COO, product and research leaders.
Assess each event against clear criteria (audience quality, prestige, format, media reach, strategic fit and geography) and give leadership a recommendation they can decide on quickly.
Build and manage relationships with conference organisers, speaker bureaus, trade associations and media partners across France, the UK, the US and the rest of Europe.
Negotiate and manage event and trade partnerships, from speaking slots and sponsorships to co-hosted events and media partnerships, working with Marketing and Sales on budget and return.
Prepare our speakers for every appearance: bios, talking points, briefing notes, Q&A prep, logistics and audience background.
Keep every commitment. Confirm early, plan replacements in advance, and never cancel or downgrade a speaking slot at the last minute without leadership’s decision.
Turn each event into value: coordinate with Social and Content on coverage, with Sales on meetings and leads, and with the team on thank-you notes and follow-up.
Keep the speaking pipeline, partner contacts and event outcomes up to date in one source of truth, and report on what worked.
Requirements & Outcome
2 to 6 years of experience in events, speaker management, partnerships, communications or business development, ideally in B2B tech, AI or a fast-growing startup.
Native-level English, with excellent written and spoken communication. French is a plus.
Strong relationship-building skills and comfort dealing with senior executives, organisers and agencies.
Highly organised, with attention to detail and reliable follow-through, since you will manage calendars and logistics across several time zones.
Good commercial judgement: you can weigh an opportunity, negotiate terms and say no politely.
