Job Title: Specialist Suport Angajați /Consultant Suport Angajați / Employee Support Officer

Location: Hybrid – initially home-based, transitioning to office-based work in Suceava, Romania in the future.
Salary: 7500 RON gross per month
Hours: 40hrs, 8hrs per day, Monday – Friday 11am – 8pm
Tenure: Permanent

Location Requirement: While the role will initially be home-based, we are specifically looking for candidates based in Suceava or within a reasonable commuting distance, as the role will transition to office-based working in Suceava in the future. About the role
This is a permanent role with Native Teams (our EOR partner in Romania), working full-time on the Giant Group UK account.
As the Employee Support Officer, you be the liaising with our employees to successfully improve on customer issues, complaints, and inquiries all the while maintaining and providing customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. Your ultimate objective is to provide exemplary support to field employees of giant by assisting with timesheet entry, providing step-by-step guidance of the employee portal, advice, and information on their employment rights (e.g., statutory entitlements) as well as providing detailed payroll analysis.

Your ideal experience & competencies
Ideally you would have a suitable related degree, at least 1 years’ experience as a customer services advisor. Have knowledge of payroll, tax, and compliance. You must be able to work under pressure, prioritize and multitask. Have excellent attention to detail, have great enthusiasm and attitude for the role, a high level of resilience and strong written and verbal communication and emotional intelligence.
