Job Overview
We are looking for a Spine 2D Animator to create engaging animations for slot games. You will work closely with Game Artists to turn static game assets into polished, responsive animations and visual effects.

Job Responsibilities

• Rig and animate 2D game assets using Spine 2D.
• Prepare and manage Spine rigs, bones, meshes, skins and animation setups.
• Animate slot game symbols and winning states.
• Create animations for:

Symbol wins
Wild / Scatter / Bonus triggers
Big Win / Mega Win sequences
Free Spins intro and outro
Bonus feature transitions
Character animations

• Work with Game Artists to ensure artwork is properly layered and suitable for rigging.
  
• Optimize animations for mobile game performance.
  
• Export and deliver production-ready Spine project files, JSON files, PNG sequences and sprite sheets.
  
• Work closely with the game development team to ensure animations integrate smoothly into the game.
  

Job Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Spine 2D (in slot/ iGaming industry)
• Strong knowledge of 2D rigging and animation.
• Good understanding of animation principles, timing and visual feedback.
• Able to work with layered artwork provided by Game Artists.
• Experience optimizing animation assets for game/mobile performance.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating Spine 2D rigging and animation work.

Nice to Have

• Adobe Photoshop.
• After Effects.
• Experience with Blender or Maya.
• Experience with game engines or game asset pipelines.
• Understanding of slot game mechanics and player feedback animations.
