Our WHY

To care wholeheartedly so that together we never stop growing

As our president, Amilie Parent, explains, “We are committed to caring about one another, the work we do and the relationships we build with our clients, partners, and event participants. It’s this level of care that ensures we continue to grow together. This is why our Showcarians feel inspired to bring their best to work every day. Our goal is to push ourselves and our community forward, challenge the status quo, and reach new heights. As an organization, we want to contribute positively to the world. This may seem like a lofty goal, but we strongly believe in the butterfly effect!”

Intrigued?

Seize the opportunity to join our dynamic and innovative Showteam on a mission to transform the way Associations grow and thrive. You will work alongside a team of passionate Showcarians and professionals who are dedicated to making a real impact.

As the Sponsorship & Exhibit Marketing Manager, you will be the marketing engine behind our Sponsorship team, building the campaigns and content that grow sponsorship, exhibition, and advertising revenue for our association clients.

Your ability to turn sponsor knowledge into email sequences, landing pages, case studies, and testimonials will fill our sales' pipelines and help our association clients grow. If you're looking for a role where your writing converts, this is the opportunity for you.

WHAT will you be doing?

The Sponsorship & Exhibit Marketing Manager owns sponsor and exhibitor marketing across our Association client portfolio: setting the campaign plan with each client's sales team, writing and building the assets behind it, and reporting on what they deliver. You will sit inside the Sponsorship team, working daily with our sales, with a dotted line to our Marketing Director's team for craft, standards, and tooling.

Campaign strategy and planning

  • Own the marketing plan for our association clients: audiences, timing, offers, and channels, built with the Sponsorship team lead and reviewed with our Marketing Director.
  • Map each client's sponsor and exhibitor audience: decision makers, budget cycles, and the objectives that shape messaging.
  • Build custom, personalized campaigns for our large association clients, where the marketing work moves the revenue number most.
  • Build repeatable, lightly personalized sequences the sales team runs themselves on smaller clients, so every client gets marketing support at the right level of effort.

Content and campaign execution

  • Own all email sequences and nurture flows in HubSpot, and the landing pages they drive to. Our sales run one-to-one outreach; you build everything one-to-many.
  • Nurture marketing-qualified leads into sales-ready conversations through targeted follow-up campaigns.
  • Produce the sponsorship prospectus for your clients, content and collateral, working from the packages the sales team designs.
  • Build the content library the team sells with: case studies, sponsor testimonials, one-pagers, and proof stories drawn from event results.
  • Create sales enablement assets: outreach templates, presentation support, and proposal content.
  • Keep lists, segments, and campaign assets accurate and current across the client portfolio.
  • Coordinate with the fulfillment team so sponsor-facing content reflects delivered results.
  • Build and maintain the content calendar across clients, planned around each event cycle and its seasonal peaks.

Measurement and reporting

  • Track campaign performance: sends, conversions, and the leads your campaigns hand to the sales team.
  • Report campaign contribution and content usage in language sales and finance both understand. Revenue targets sit with the sales team; your reporting shows what marketing contributed to them.
  • Review results with the Sponsorship team lead and adjust plans by client and by quarter.
  • Share winning templates and learnings with Showcare Marketing so results compound across teams.

Does this fit your profile?

  • 5-7 years’ experience in B2B marketing supporting a sales team, ideally in associations, events, media, or sponsorship.
  • A portfolio where the writing did the work: emails, landing pages, case studies, prospectuses. We’ll want to read it.
  • You’ve owned the plan, not just executed a brief. You’ve built campaigns from audience and offer through to send, and can show what they produced for a sales team and how you improved them send over send.
  • Hands-on with HubSpot (or equivalent) and CRM, and fluent with the AI tooling that multiplies your output. You’ll be one marketer covering a portfolio.
  • You can pull a story out of a sponsor and turn event results into proof a seller can use.
  • Able to travel to client events and industry conferences as needed.

Does this sound like you?

  • You manage several clients at once and know where to focus your effort. Some accounts earn custom campaigns, others get templates the sales team runs themselves, and you’re comfortable making that call.
  • You plan backwards from event dates. Our year runs in waves, a few months flat out and others quieter build time, and you use both.
  • You earn the sales team’s trust. You’re the only marketer in the room, working daily with sellers and fulfillment, and you’d rather hand someone a template that works than protect the work.
  • You’re curious about why sponsors say yes, and you have a point of view about it rather than just a calendar of sends.

What we offer

  • A fully remote team, with the flexibility to organize your own week.
  • Group insurance and a retirement savings plan.
  • A marketing peer group that reviews your work and invested in your growth.

Thanks for learning about us and we look forward to doing the same with you!
