At InGame Sports , we're looking for a dynamic Sports Marketing Manager to lead innovative marketing initiatives, strengthen our brand presence, and drive engagement across the sports industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, and offline channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with sports organizations, partners, sponsors, and media. Lead the planning and execution of sports events, activations, and promotional campaigns. Manage content and brand communication to ensure consistency across all platforms. Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize marketing efforts based on insights. Conduct market research to identify trends, audience insights, and growth opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns. Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 4–7 years of experience in marketing, with experience in sports marketing, sponsorships, events, or a related industry preferred. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, branding, and campaign management. Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Analytical mindset with experience using marketing metrics and reporting tools.
