- Serve as an escalation point for complex platform, policy, delivery, reporting, or monetization issues; assess root causes and develop practical solutions.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key platform and technology partners, including YouTube/Google, serving as a primary liaison to drive revenue growth, platform optimization, content monetization, and partner success.
- Provide timely reporting and analysis to cross-functional teams that connects platform performance, revenue trends, audience behavior, inventory performance, and partner updates to identify risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
- Partner cross-functionally with Content, Product, Sales, Ad Operations, and other stakeholders to identify and execute new monetization opportunities, evaluate emerging platform capabilities, and support business development initiatives that advance Scripps' digital revenue strategy.
- Maintain a consistent operating rhythm with external platform or technology partners by coordinating updates, tracking follow-through, and communicating changes that may affect revenue, workflows, or compliance.
- Support cross-functional projects related to platform launches, monetization tools, workflow improvements, reporting enhancements, or partner initiatives.
- Develop documentation, training materials, and best-practice guidance to support consistency, accountability, and scalability across accounts or platforms.
- Act as a resource for less experienced team members by providing guidance on complex issues, reviewing work for accuracy, and sharing platform knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
