Sr. Analyst, Provider Strategy & Initiatives
We are looking for Denver-based candidates!
At DaVita, being the "Partner of Choice" is central to our mission. The Partner Engagement team is at the forefront of this mission, working to deliver an exceptional experience for our provider partners. As the field of nephrology undergoes a profound transformation, our team is responsible for deepening our understanding of provider needs and aligning our clinical, operational, and technological capabilities to ensure DaVita remains the preferred provider partner. The Partner Engagement lane works cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization, including field operators, clinical, financial, IT, and compliance. The team is made up of highly motivated individuals with consulting, process engineering, change management, and clinical experience.
The Senior Analyst, Provider Strategy, will be a core contributor to a new workstream focused on making DaVita the partner of choice for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). This role works like an internal consultant: framing ambiguous business questions, pulling together evidence from many sources, developing practical recommendations, and helping carry those recommendations through pilot and implementation. The ideal candidate is a strategic generalist who is equally comfortable building a storyline for senior leaders, managing a cross-functional initiative, and doing the analysis needed to support a decision.

Data Analysis & Insight Synthesis
- Gather and integrate evidence from internal data, research findings from partner teams, market and competitive intelligence, and stakeholder input.
