** This is not a remote position. T-Mobile is a hybrid work environment requiring work in the office three (3) days per week. The successful candidate will be located in the greater Seattle, Washington area.**Job Overview
This role provides high-level administrative support to senior executives to enhance operational efficiency and strategic coordination. It handles executive schedules, coordinates complex initiatives, and supports cross-functional collaboration within the organization. The role requires digital fluency, independent judgment, and the ability to mentor junior administrative staff. Success is measured by optimized executive time, timely completion of deliverables, and improved administrative processes. The work impacts organizational effectiveness and supports leadership in achieving business objectives and stakeholder engagement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements to optimize time and support strategic priorities
- Organize and maintain administrative systems, databases, correspondence, and project tracking tools to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Collaborate with project teams to monitor milestones, prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes to support timely deliverables
- Mentor and coach junior administrative staff to promote skill development and effective task delegation
- Support human resources activities including onboarding coordination and team engagement initiatives
- Handle executive communications, budget-related tasks, expense reports, and record management to maintain operational efficiency
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Required Education:
- Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
- Acceptable areas of study include Business Administration, Communications or related field
Preferred Work Experience:
- 7-10 years Executive administrative experience supporting SVPs or equivalent in large organizations

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $72,552 - $130,874National Base Pay Range: $31.71 - $57.20
The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results.
The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity. The candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
