Sr Epicor Kinetic Financials Consultant

This is a remote position.

An established ERP consulting firm with deep Epicor implementation experience is building a senior consulting team for a large Kinetic program with a multi-site industrial manufacturer. This engagement is the first of several planned site rollouts, with kickoff in mid-November and an accelerated six-month go-live timeline.

As the Finance lead, you will guide the client through design and deployment across the full financial footprint. This is a part-time engagement of roughly 20 hours per week.

What you will do:

• Lead future-state design workshops for AR, AP, GL, costing, budgeting, planning, financial reporting, and consolidation
  
• Bring finance best practices to the table, not just Kinetic features, and help the client decide how they want to operate
  
• Configure and validate Kinetic financial modules against agreed requirements
  
• Work with the operations and supply chain leads on costing and integration points
  
• Support data conversion, testing, training, and go-live for the finance team
  
• Build a repeatable finance approach that carries into future site rollouts
  

Requirements

• 10+ years implementing Epicor Kinetic or earlier Epicor ERP versions
  
• Deep finance domain expertise across AR, AP, GL, cost accounting, and multi-entity reporting and consolidation
  
• Ability to lead executive and department-level visioning sessions with confidence
  
• Working knowledge of the Kinetic data model and table structure
  
• Strong facilitation, leadership, and communication skills
  
• Manufacturing industry experience, ideally in metal fabrication or industrial products
  
• Multi-site or multi-entity rollout experience preferred
