Sr HR Partner (m/f/d)

We have an opportunity for a Sr HR Partner (m/f/d) to join us at Honeywell, in Nagykanizsa or Budapest , where you will support leaders and employees in our two locations in Hungary: Nagykanizsa and Budapest. You will play a crucial role in driving our HR initiatives and ensuring the effective management of human resources across the organization aligned with business objectives. Your work will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee engagement. The candidate can be ideally located in Nagykanizsa and willing to travel to Budapest every three months or can be located in Budapest and be willing to travel to Nagykanizsa every two weeks. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office and 2 days work from home model.
