We have an opportunity for an Sr Marketing Project Management Specialist (Marketing Analysis) to join us at Honeywell, in Bucharest, where you will be responsible for turning marketing data into actionable insights that drive business performance. This role partners closely with marketing leadership, the data visualization team, and other stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely, and impactful analysis for monthly business reviews, ad hoc requests, and strategic projects. The Sr Marketing Project Management Specialist (Marketing Analysis) ensures data integrity and clarity, helping leaders understand the real-world actions behind the numbers.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office and 2 days work from home model.

Key responsibilities
- Deliver monthly business review analysis in partnership with marketing leaders, providing clear, actionable insights.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer critical business questions and support decision-making.
- Validate and interpret data to ensure accuracy, escalate discrepancies, and drive resolution.
- Collaborate with the Data Visualization team to guide dashboard/report development, clarify data meaning, and correct errors.
- Develop and present executive-ready PowerPoint decks that clearly communicate insights and business impact, enabling Marketing Leadership to confidently present to their leadership.
- Maintain a deep understanding of operational processes behind marketing data to ensure insights reflect real-world actions.
- Support a specific Strategic Business Group (SBG) while remaining flexible to assist across all Honeywell marketing teams as needed.
- Participate in strategic projects to anticipate and address technical changes impacting data and reporting.
Key skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
- Excellent English skills
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analysis, or a similar data-driven role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- High level of experience with Salesforce (SFDC) for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data in simple, actionable terms.
- Executive presence and confidence in working with senior leadership.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and proactive approach to identifying and resolving data issues.
- Experience supporting monthly business reviews and executive reporting.
