A leading professional networking company seeks a Sr. Program Manager to lead its go-to-market strategic initiatives team from AI-assisted to AI-native program management by building and shipping AI-powered workflows, agents, and tools.
Sr. Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Own the roadmap and drive automation phasing with team leadership to define the team's path to AI-native, enabling every program manager's daily work, embedding AI into team workflows through reusable automations, agents, and a prompt/skills library, and progressing toward orchestrated capabilities such as proactive risk detection, dependency mapping, and cross-program analysis.
- Architect, build, and deploy automated workflows that replace manual program management work, such as status updates, meeting prep and follow-up, progress-to-goal tracking, decision logs, and playbook generation, for a team of senior program managers, pulling from and writing to systems of record (SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, BI) while handling schema, permissions, and refresh so automations stay reliable in production.
- Ship usable outputs every one to two weeks, define how impact is measured (e.g., time saved per PM, share of recurring work automated, active usage per asset), and translate technical capabilities into clear narratives for leadership.
- Create and maintain an internal library of agents, skills, prompts, and templates, and lead enablement and adoption by pairing with program managers, handing over ownership, running office hours, and writing documentation that non-technical users can follow.
- Champion governance and responsible AI use by proactively raising data-handling, confidentiality, and accuracy risks, defining where human review is required, ensuring everything built operates within responsible AI and data privacy standards.
Sr. Program Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in program, product, or operations engineering.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience building LLM-based tools (agents, copilots, prompt/skill libraries) used by non-technical team members.
- 1+ years of experience shipping production automation into a business workflow, evidenced by a named workflow that runs without you.
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Power Automate, and/or Power Platform.
- 1+ years of experience pulling from and writing to systems of record, including schema, permissions, and refresh.
- Experience as an AI builder or automation lead embedded within a GTM, Revenue Ops, or Sales Strategy team is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead ambiguous, complex initiatives from 0 to 1 is preferred.
- Program management literacy, including reading charters, RAID logs, dependency maps, and decks to know what "good" looks like to automate, is preferred.
- Change management or enablement experience, such as running office hours and training users, is preferred.
- Experience defining an internal reusable asset library of templates, skills, and prompts is preferred.
- A clear, strategic perspective on applying agentic systems to drive business outcomes is preferred.
- Comfort working without a spec and understanding workflows by shadowing program managers is preferred.
Shift:
- Hybrid: 2+ days per week onsite, days flexible.
