Job Description

We are looking for a Sr. Salesforce Developer who is aspiring to grow into a Technical Lead role and has strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications.
  
• Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable and Future methods.
  
• Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
  
• Work with SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce data models.
  
• Configure custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows and Flows.
  
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  
• Follow Salesforce coding standards, best practices and governor limits.
  
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
  
• Conduct code reviews and maintain quality standards.
  
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers.
  
• Prepare technical documentation and effort estimations.
  

Required Technical Skills

• Strong Salesforce development experience.
  
• Apex, LWC, Triggers and asynchronous processing.
  
• Sales Cloud experience.
  
• Experience Cloud experience.
  
• Health Cloud experience.
  
• Salesforce security model: Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, OWD and Field-Level Security.
  
• REST/SOAP API integrations.
  
• Data migration, ETL and bulk data handling.
  
• OAuth and SSO.
  
• Agile/Scrum development experience.
  
• CI/CD and release management knowledge.
  

Good to Have

• Conga Composer and document automation.
  
• Git.
  
• Copado / Salesforce DevOps tools.
  
• Platform Developer II certification.
  
• Healthcare compliance/interoperability knowledge such as HIPAA, HL7 and FHIR.
  
• Experience integrating Health Cloud with EHR/EMR, Utilization and Care Management platforms.
