We treat every project as if it were our own, from startup ventures to blue-chip brands. What You'll Do Lead UX initiatives across various projects. Be responsible for UX-related artifacts. Pick the right tool for the job. Define the appropriate exercises or processes for the problem at hand. Ensure UX best practices are being followed by collaborating with cross-functional teams through the entire product development process. Help communicate the impact of UX design and research to project stakeholders; both internally and client-facing. Present UX findings and artifacts to clients. Qualifications 10 years of experience Experience leading UX workshops, interviews, etc Experience creating UX artifacts, from informational (ex. personas), to interaction design (ex.
