Role Overview
Join STARTRADER as a Google / DSP & Programmatic Specialist. Lead high intent paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and programmatic DSPs. Experience on social, native, or affiliate platforms is a strong advantage. This is a strategy + execution role: define campaigns, optimize funnels, ensure attribution accuracy, and maximize ROI across global markets.
Google / DSP & Programmatic Specialist | High-Intent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and competitive research for search & programmatic acquisition.
- Recommend paid media strategies, platform allocation, budgets, KPIs, and scaling/kill decisions.
- Provide ad copy guidance and creative direction for campaigns.
- Oversee campaign execution, bid strategies, A/B tests, and optimization.
- Ensure tracking, attribution, GTM setup, analytics, dashboards, and data integrity.
- Integrate AI-driven optimization tools and third-party solutions to enhance campaign performance.
- Collaborate with CRM, dev, creative, and sales teams to maintain full-funnel efficiency.
Requirements And Skills
- 3+ years focused experience in Google Ads, DSPs, programmatic, or high-intent paid acquisition
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, YouTube, DSPs, programmatic native platforms
- Strong analytical skills: ROI, CAC, FTD, CVR, funnel optimization
- Experience with tracking, attribution, GTM, dashboards, AI-driven optimization
- Creative guidance for messaging adaptation across platforms
- AB testing and full-funnel optimization mindset
- Cross-team collaboration and execution focus
Advantageous Skills
- Experience on social, native, or affiliate platforms
- Familiarity with APIs, Zapier, database connections, or automation tools
Preferred Industry Backgrounds
- Trading / Brokerage / Financial Markets (highly preferred)
- Crypto / Blockchain / Exchanges
- Fintech (payments, lending, wealth platforms)
- iGaming
- Mobile Apps with advanced attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust)
- Performance-driven agencies (managing large-scale budgets)
